The Roost

This new build explored using highly-efficient building methods and low-carbon, non-toxic materials. The space was intended to be a guest house, and produce extra income as a rental. The Roost is 385 interior square feet and includes a kitchen, lounging area, sleeping nook, and full bathroom.
